U.S. Computer Connection Acquires the Printer Supplies Business Operations of Parke Business Systems, Inc.

Stamford, CT-December 18, 2002--U.S. Computer Connection, a boutique provider of technology services for small to mid-size businesses, announces the acquisition of the printer and printer supplies business from Parke Business Systems.

U.S. Computer Connection provides a broad range of computer and network consulting, design and maintenance services. With this acquisition, U.S. Computer Connection plans to expand its sales of color and monochrome printers and supplies. Their major product line experience includes, among other manufacturers, Tektronix, Xerox and Hewlett Packard, as well as associated consumable supplies and accessories.

Al Hebert, formerly of Parke Business Systems, will continue to serve printer and supplies customers at U.S. Computer Connection. This provides a smooth transition for existing printer and supplies customers who will now benefit by gaining easy access to the networking and consulting services offered by U.S. Computer Connection.
